Spent Christmas in the Lake District and had a wonderful time at this B&B. The breakfast was divine, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of tasty options. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town but still quiet enough for a good night's rest. The hosts were incredibly friendly and even offered recommendations for Christmas day activities.
There weren't any vegetarian options for breakfast, which was a bummer for my travel companion who doesn't eat meat. Also, the shower pressure could have been stronger. But overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot in the Lake District.
